How she is chosen
Every morning one athlete is drawn from five groups, and the reason is always shown:

- Just competed β a top-five finish in the last two weeks.
- Rising β athletes on the way up: regular podiums in the last three seasons.
Only athletes whose card has a real photo are drawn, and nobody comes back within 90 days.
