Women’s Bodybuilding is the open-class division: maximum muscularity, conditioning, and symmetry. The Olympia title has been contested since 1980 and discontinued briefly between 2015–2019 (replaced by the Rising Phoenix) before being reinstated. Mandatory poses include front double biceps, side chest, back double biceps, side triceps, abdominals & thighs, and most muscular.
