This is your profile, not ours. If you are an athlete listed on SteelQueens and you want editorial control over the biographic facts we publish about you, the athlete portal is the place. Use the form on this page to request access; once we verify that you are who you say you are, we send you a login and you can edit your own profile from here without going through us.
What you control
- Your preferred display name and spelling.
- Your main profile photo (upload a file or paste a public image URL — Instagram posts work).
- Your height, date of birth, nationality (date of birth can be hidden from the public page while still being used internally for rankings).
- Your current coach, gym, and sponsor relationships.
- Your official social links (Instagram, YouTube, website, Wikipedia, federation bio).
- A short biography paragraph in your own voice.
- The list of Instagram posts that should appear in your photo gallery (we use Instagram’s public embed, so Instagram retains control).
What you do not control
Competition placements are sourced from federation scorecards and remain read-only. If a placement is wrong on the scorecard itself, ask the federation to correct the scorecard; once they do, we update. Iron Score is an algorithmic ELO rating derived from those placements — it is not editable, but the methodology is fully public.
Privacy and safety
- We never publish your private contact information or address.
- You can set any field to hidden (date of birth, exact height) while still allowing us to use it for internal data work.
- You can withdraw at any time. The biographic fields you entered revert to our last public-record values, and your login is deactivated the same day.
Request access
Fill in the form below. Tell us which profile is yours and a way we can verify it is really you (a DM from your verified Instagram, a link to your coach or sponsor confirming, or a federation membership screenshot). We reply as quickly as we can review the verification evidence.

For federations and promoters
If you officially represent an athlete, her coach, or a federation media office and want to push a batch of updates, mention that in the claim form and we will set up a shared workspace.
