Bikini is the most accessible IFBB Pro division and the largest by athlete count. Judging rewards balance, soft athletic conditioning, stage presence, and skin quality. Quarter turns and a brief pose down replace the muscle-display mandatory poses of harder divisions. The Olympia title has been contested since 2010.
