Yolanda Hughes-Heying is an American bodybuilder who competed in women's bodybuilding and Ms. Olympia divisions during the 1990s. Her career was defined by sustained top-three finishes at the sport's premier competition over a four-year span.

Hughes-Heying's competitive record began in 1992 with an eighth-place finish in the Ms. Olympia division. She returned to competition in 1993, placing eleventh in the same division. In 1994, she competed in both the women's bodybuilding and Ms. Olympia categories, placing third and eighth respectively. The following year, 1995, marked her best result in women's bodybuilding with a third-place finish at Ms. Olympia, though she placed eleventh in the Ms. Olympia division that same year. From 1996 through 1998, Hughes-Heying established herself as a consistent podium competitor in women's bodybuilding, finishing second at Ms. Olympia three consecutive years. Her 1996, 1997, and 1998 runner-up finishes represented the peak of her competitive tenure at bodybuilding's most prestigious event. After 1998, her presence in competition records diminished. Across her documented competitive career, Hughes-Heying appeared at nine Ms. Olympia competitions spanning seven years, with her primary strength demonstrated in women's bodybuilding, where she achieved three consecutive second-place finishes during the mid-to-late 1990s.
