Kathy Unger is an American female bodybuilder who competed during the early 1990s. Her most notable appearances came at the Ms. Olympia competition, bodybuilding's premier international stage. Unger competed at Ms. Olympia in 1990, placing 13th in the overall standings. She returned to the competition three years later in 1993, finishing 19th in the lineup.
