Sue Gafner is an American bodybuilder who competed in Ms. Olympia, the sport's premier professional competition, during the early 1990s. Gafner made her Ms. Olympia debut in 1991, placing tenth at the contest. She returned to the stage the following year at the 1992 Ms. Olympia, where she finished twelfth in the lineup. Her participation in consecutive Ms. Olympia competitions during this period positioned her among the upper tier of American female bodybuilders competing at the professional level in the early part of that decade.
