The Women’s Physique Division: Rules, Criteria, Winning Measurements — A Reference
Last updated: 17 April 2026.
What Women’s Physique is
Created 2013 as the bridge between Figure and Women’s Bodybuilding. Rewards athletic muscularity with feminine line — more developed than Figure, less dense than Bodybuilding. Dana Linn Bailey won the inaugural WPD Olympia 2013. Sarah Villegas, Natalia Coelho (2025 champion), and others define the modern top tier.
Scoring axes
- V-taper + athletic muscularity
- Shoulder + back development (more than Figure)
- Tight athletic midsection
- Moderate quad sweep + hamstring
- Condition — more than Figure, less extreme than Bodybuilding Open
- Stage presence
Winning measurements

|---|---|
| Height | 160–178 cm |

Mandatory poses
WPD uses a hybrid: front pose, side chest, back double biceps, side triceps, abs-and-thighs. Less intensive than Women’s Bodybuilding but more than Figure.
