April Nicotra is an American female bodybuilder who competed in Ms. Olympia, the sport's premier international championship, during the early 1980s. Nicotra's competitive record consists of two appearances at Ms. Olympia, where she placed 12th in 1980 and 14th in 1981. Her participation in consecutive Ms. Olympia competitions placed her among the female bodybuilders competing at the highest level of the sport during the formative years of professional women's bodybuilding.
