Ashley Howells is an American IFBB Pro Figure competitor who earned her professional status in 2018. A firefighter and paramedic by profession, Howells has built a dual career in competitive bodybuilding and coaching through her business, Howells Performance LLC, which provides strength training, nutrition, and posing instruction to clients. Her competitive background spans multiple divisions within the sport, including appearances in women's bodybuilding competition, where she placed 99th in 2026 at the Hardcore Female Bodybuilding Portal event.
Beyond her athletic pursuits, Howells has established herself as a coach and business owner in the fitness and bodybuilding industry. Howells Performance LLC reflects her commitment to translating her knowledge of training, nutrition, and competitive preparation into structured guidance for other athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Her career path—balancing demands of emergency services work with elite-level bodybuilding competition and coaching—exemplifies the increasingly common profile of female bodybuilders who maintain professional careers outside the sport while competing at the IFBB Pro level.
