Henderson's competitive arc began with appearances at premier professional contests. In 2024, she placed second at the Chicago Pro on July 19 and won the Titans Grand Prix Pro on September 21, her first professional victory. She competed at the 2024 Mr. Olympia in October, placing 13th in the women's bodybuilding division. She continued competing through the fall, finishing tenth at the 2025 Mr. Olympia on October 10 before placing sixth at the Steve Karr Las Vegas Pro on November 8. Across these engagements, Henderson competed exclusively in the women's bodybuilding division, maintaining the intensity required for back-to-back professional competitions throughout both years.
